ZCS is pioneering manufactured housing rental projects throughout the City of Los Angeles using a unique permitting process.

 Designed to blend the convenience of a rental with the lifestyle features of a single-family home, our homes include attached garages, front porches, and back yard areas with pergolas.

The homes are built off site and installed on subgrade foundations to allow the units to sit 'at grade'.  The homes are indistinguishable from 'stick-built' single-family homes.

Units will feature smart home technology, all-electric appliances, solar panels, heat pump technology, and native landscaping with a focus on sustainability and resource conservation.
